Return & Exchange

At Laurel Blue, each garment is thoughtfully designed in New York and handcrafted with care—often hand-dyed using traditional techniques. Due to the nature of our process, slight variations in color, pattern, or texture are part of the garment’s unique character and not considered defects.

We want you to love your piece. If you’re not completely satisfied, we’re happy to offer returns under the following conditions:

    • Returns must be initiated within 10 days of receiving your order.

    • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition, with tags intact.

    • No visible makeup stains, perfume, or damage.

    • Only one free return per order is allowed.

    • Items marked Final Sale are not eligible for return or exchange.

  • Please reach out to us at Contact Us with order number and reason for return. Once approved, we’ll provide a return shipping label.

  • If you'd like to exchange for a different size or style, please note this in your return request email. Exchanges are subject to availability.

  • Because many Laurel Blue pieces are hand-dyed, no two garments are exactly the same. These variations are intentional and celebrated as part of the design. Thank you for embracing the individuality of each piece.
